Continuing artistic endeavours and enterpises
Since Margaret's successful degree show in 2023 and the award of her degree, Margaret has continued to actively pursue her art, building on her love of the natural environment and a sense of Place.
She continues to produce a series of art works in a range of media and different surfaces. She encapsulates the feeling of the location itself, the particular viewpoint and subject matter in the interpretation of the artwork. Works range from views of the landscape, as both general views and more detail studies of particular aspects, to detailed micro studies of the various patterns that are found in nature in the bark of a tree, the growth of moss on a surface and the entanglement of branches, roots and shoots in plants and trees.
Margaret continues to showcase her recent work at a series of local and national exhibitions and art shows.
